Hairdressers and beauty salons seem to be coping reasonably well during this recession.In fact, many salons appear to be prospering.This is no doubt due, at least in part, to the feel good factor when most peoples attitude appears to be know what? Flash is a great little thing that you can have on your site that will in fact make users go “wow that’s pretty cool” perhaps if your lucky, and this will be for the first time users only. Once you have seen something once it starts to get a bit old and people will start to get a bit annoyed after a while.
99.9% of the time flash will give you very poor usability disease.

There have been so many companies that have gone out of business this year and many have been small whereas many of them have been huge?

Well as a former member of the group I must say that I know exactly why the company closed and part of it was indeed down to the poor fixed asset accounting that the company had been doing. They had over 800 stores and quite simply they had a team of idiots behind the company.
