Tea Anyone?
There has been a recent study that says more women are making tea in the business then men do, the question that needs to be asked is, sexist or not, is this really the case?
Many arguments have gone around recently sparking more sexist theories in the business, women make 3 more cups of tea on average in a week than men, that is the argument. Is there a correct side to this argument?
The Men
When a member of the male sex goes and offers to make everyone tea it would seem a lot of them get moaned at because the tea is not good enough. it would seem that when men do actually make the tea they can make one more cup than the women do, how strange is that. This does not mean that this is a way out of doing it.A lot of the men that were asked questions in this survey said that they really did not care less about this kind of thing and would often make their own cups of tea.
Women
Do women actually drink more of the stuff? No one should feel victim of sexist behaviour and if you feel like you are always the one that is having to make the tea then do something about it. There were a few women that were asked on their opinions on this matter and most of them seemed to like it because it allowed them to get off work. On top of this some of the other women stated they liked to have a bit of a gossip during the tea making process.
So whether you work in a office space or perhaps either London virtual offices or office space London there is sure to be some dispute when it comes to making the tea.
